By browsing our collections or requesting a consultation, you're entering into a relationship built on mutual respect and shared values. Our bespoke accessory creations are more than just items; they are philosophical expressions. We've crafted these terms to protect both your vision and our artisans' craftsmanship.

You agree to use this site for its intended purpose—discovering ethical fashion and scheduling design sessions. Don't scrape our data. It's not the Scottish way.

2. Sustainable Sourcing

What does sustainability mean to us? It means for over 12 years, we've vetted every supplier against our strict moral compass. When you purchase from Nous Nodus, you acknowledge that natural variations in materials (like ethical stones or reclaimed metals) are part of the piece's soul, not defects.

Consultation Policy

Booking a bespoke consultation requires a commitment of time. We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. Why? Because our designers prepare deeply for every session to ensure a truly transcendent experience.

3. Intellectual Ownership

Every design produced by Nous Nodus is the property of our studio until full payment for a bespoke piece is settled. Our philosophical design methodologies are proprietary treatments developed in Sleat, Highland. We don't permit unauthorized reproduction of our patterns or concepts.

Will we feature your custom piece in our portfolio? Only with your explicit permission. We value privacy as much as we value aesthetics.
